We're live on the App Store

JuJu Paranormal is now available on the Apple App Store for iPhone. If you've been waiting on iOS, you can download the same investigation tools our Android community has been using — sensors, sessions, EVP, and more — right from your phone.

5,000 installs on Google Play

On Google Play, we recently passed 5,000 installs. That number means a lot to a small team building something niche: it's proof that people actually want to take this seriously and explore with us. Thank you to everyone who installed, shared, and left feedback.

Your feedback really does change the product

We read what you send — crash reports, feature ideas, "this felt confusing," and honest takes on what works. Paranormal investigation isn't an exact science (and we're not claiming we've solved it), but we're trying to make tools that are clearer, steadier, and more useful over time — and your field notes are a big part of that. Keep it coming; it genuinely helps development.

Coming up: Discoverer & Explorer — and what's next for Michael

We're planning features that reward real investigation without turning the app into a gimmick:

  • Discoverer — If you use JuJu at a new location and our pipeline flags anomalous activity that we believe should be investigated further, you'll be able to earn recognition on your account — we're thinking of this as a Discoverer path tied to that finding.
  • Explorer — When a different, unrelated user later validates the site with their own readings (and we verify those readings), we plan to mark the location on our map with the discoverer's in-app username. The user who validated the location could earn an Explorer badge.

Details will evolve as we ship — treat this as a preview of direction, not a promise of exact dates or rules.

Longer term, Michael is headed toward our own in-house assistant, powered by Lattice — a confidence-gated layer so answers stay grounded in what the app actually knows. More on that as the stack matures.

Known issues we're tracking

We're not hiding rough edges:

  • Night vision / IR on some iPhones — behavior can be inconsistent; we're treating this as a known bug and working toward fixes in a future update.
  • Older devices — some users on older phones may see occasional crashes; we're prioritizing stability alongside new work.

If something breaks, updated builds and clear repro steps in feedback help us fix it faster.

Thank you — and stay in touch
